Key Responsibilities:

Complete warranty repairs and general home repair in occupied homes, ensuring high-quality workmanship and a positive homeowner experience.

Conduct on-site inspections for assigned warranty items and 11-month walkthroughs, noting any issues and reporting findings to the Warranty Manager.

Document all completed work and update the warranty tracking system with accurate notes, photos, and status updates.

Communicate clearly and professionally with homeowners, providing updates, answering questions, and representing the company with care and respect.

Identify repeat or recurring issues in the field and share feedback with the construction and warranty teams to help prevent future claims.

Maintain knowledge of building materials and warranty standards and follow all jobsite safety protocols.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a customer service or warranty role is preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Ability to walk job sites, climb ladders, and work outdoors in all weather conditions.
