Under the general direction of the Community Sales Manager, manages the sales and customer contact processes within Trendsetter Homes. This position consists of proactive correspondence with the community manager and customers, presenting and demonstrating the model home and increasing the number of home sales.

Skills & Qualifications
Experience in Sales, Retail, or Related Field
Highly detail oriented and performs at a high level of accuracy
Articulate communication skills and an excellent ability to work with all types of people.
Confident, resourceful, and self-motivated with an innate ability to quickly shift and prioritize tasks
Technical construction and product knowledge to understand product benefits and features.
Organizational aptitude to manage appointments and leads. Detail oriented to ensure accuracy of all sales appointments, customer information, and records.
Sales ability to maintain a reasonable closing ratio or other performance benchmarks.
Must have understanding and willingness to comply with prospect follow-up system to ensure efficient and timely sales goals are reached.
Computer knowledge with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of MarkSystems and Lasso is a definite bonus.
